Suggested Use:

Sprinkle 1-3 servings (each serving is approximately 6 shakes) on each meal up to 3 times daily. Best on any dry or semi-dry foods. When using CHEAT with wet foods, use with each bite. Do not sprinkle an entire serving of CHEAT on wet foods like soups, yogurts, cereal (with milk). CHEAT should be used only on foods. Be sure to drink at least 8 oz. of water with each meal.
