Joe L. – Rock Band Roadie Rocks Off 80 Pounds in Four Months 

“I’m 46 years old and have had weight issues my entire life. I have toured with the rock band, Toad the Wet Sprocket, on and off for the last 13 years and have owned a restaurant for the last six years.  Life on the road has presented me with constant obstacles and owning a café didn’t help my weight much either! Long story short, I started training in the gym next to my cafe, Key To Fitness, with one of the owners and my friend, Leif Tiahrt. I was making decent progress when Leif dropped dead in the gym of a heart attack. I was devastated. I was a bit freaked out, quit training, and promptly gained a bunch of weight, getting up to 325 pounds. Finally the other owner of the gym, Jeff Harrison, approached me and said that I needed to get over Leif’s death, get back in the gym and get in shape or die. Jeff started me on CORE4 at the beginning of July and I have lost 80 pounds since then and I’m now at 245 pounds. I even used CORE4 on tour in July and LOST WEIGHT ON THE ROAD!! I lost 25 pounds in the first month on CORE4 while traveling. Unthinkable! I feel and look great, and I am looking forward to losing at least 100+ pounds total within the next few months. I LOVE CORE4 and the reason is simple—just look at my results!”*
