EXCITING UPDATES! NEW XYNGULAR CUTOFF DATE IS FEBRUARY 19, 2010.

Xyngular has just completed the most exciting two weeks in its history with record breaking sales.  The phones have been ringing off the hook and you can almost see the numbers spinning in the back office. As exciting and wonderful as all of this is, it has caused a few challenges for all of us.  Most distributors have been able to log in and activate their accounts with no problem but there have been some instances of distributors being unable to activate their accounts in Xyngular through no fault of their own.  And with a January 31st deadline looming, we felt it was only fair to extend the time you have to activate without losing your place in the Xyngular team.

The new cutoff date is FEBRUARY 19, 2010.

As with any new system there are some questions on exactly how it works.  These are some answers to the most Frequently Asked.

Xyng - The response has been exciting with the announcement of the new Xyng, a phenomenal new product to increase energy, boost mental clarity and help curb the appetite.  If you are looking for increased energy or just want to shed a few unwanted pounds, Xyng is the product for you.   Our expected ship date is approximately Feb. 19, 2010.   Pre-Order now! 

Commissions - Xyngular processes commissions daily and even though we have had some implementation challenges commission checks are being sent out daily right on schedule.  Just an FYI, Saturday, Sunday and holidays no commissions are run but will be included on the next regularly scheduled business day’s run. This is a typical week pay schedule but holidays will cause this to vary slightly.

  • Orders placed on Monday are commissioned and paid on Thursday
  • Orders placed on Tuesday are commissioned and paid on Friday
  • Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are commissioned and paid on Monday
  • Orders placed on Saturday are commissioned and paid on Tuesday
  • Orders placed on Sunday are commissioned and paid on Wednesday

Activation - In order to activate your account online, you simply log onto www.Xyngular.com/CNI and input your CNI username and the password “WELCOME”.  Click the “activate your account” button and place an order.  However, just so you know there were a few usernames that for whatever reason the cyber-world scrambled and some distributors have experienced some difficulty logging in.  If this happens, you can send an email to Customer.Care@xyngular.com with your CNI Username and they can check the CNI Rep Master List to find your account as it appears in the current database.  The deadline to do this in order to maintain your spot in the Xyngular Team linkage is now February 19, 2010.  But, remember, January month end is Sunday, January 31st and participation in January’s pools is dependent on what you, your group and your team have done since January 18th.

After you activate your Xyngular account, you will receive an email with your new Xyngular ID# and password. (For security, the Xyngular system will allocate a new password to you when you activate). Your password can be changed at anytime via your back office. It is important for you to make sure when you activate that we have a correct and secure email address for you on file. You should confirm your email address during the activation process.

Orders - Orders for the Xyngular Global Blend are shipped out the next business day.  Core4 products ordered on or after January 18th through Xyngular are being shipped from the Xyngular warehouse with the exception of Lean.  Lean is currently on backorder.  The manufacturer is planning on running the product next week so we expect to be able to ship out product by the end of next week.  Of course, we will ship the backorders first but we should be able fulfill them all and have Lean in stock from then on. The Xyng is expected in the warehouse by February 19th.

Autoships - We just got the CNI autoship file yesterday.  We will enter it over the weekend.

  1. Anyone who has activated their Xyngular account and has not changed the autoship that was automatically set up for them (one bottle of Global Blend) their CNI autoship will become their autoship of record.
  2. If they have not activated their Xyngular account their autoship activates them in the Xyngular team but the autoship must be processed and paid for in order for commissions to be earned.
  3. If they have changed their Xyngular default autoship, we will make the assumption that this is the preferred autoship and the CNI autoship will not download.

This sounds a little confusing but really the best thing for you to do is go into your back office once you are activated and check your autoship.  You can edit any part of the autoship you want to change from the date it is processed to the items that you are receiving at any time.  You will want to set up your autoship date as soon as possible if you have not placed an order with Xyngular so you can start qualifying for commissions quickly.

Shipping charges - Shipping charges are now included in the price of the product.  There is a small minimum order charge of $3.95 for all orders under $200.
