Is one-a-day enough?

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is “do I still need to take my multi-vitamin with the Xyngular products?”

Our answer, though hesitant, has consistently been “yes.” The reason for my hesitance is due to the variety of multi-vitamin products on the market. Most do not deliver the amounts of nutrients most people need, especially those who are on the right track in Xyngular.

Xyngular helps us maintain good physical standing in the military

Xyngular has given my friend Shawn and me the ability to maintain good physical standing in the military. Both of us had previously failed our physical fitness tests due to waist measurements.

The Air Force recently changed its fitness requirements and put maximum and minimum allowable tolerances, based on age and gender.

There are four categories:
• 1.5 mile run
• Waist measurement. You automatically fail if you’re over 39" for men of any age, and 35" for women of any any age.
• Pushups
• Situps

With Xyngular I have lost 27 pounds so far and 3 inches in my waist. I’m six ft. tall. My friend Shawn has lost 49 pounds and 8 inches in his waist. He is six two. Shawn had more to lose than me.

Xyngular also helped me prepare for an event called the Tough Mudder. These events are held all across the United States and overseas.

My event was the Tough Mudder Colorado 2011. It was a 10-mile course with 24 obstacles. Altitude at the start was 8,100 ft. and went up to over 11,440 ft. It’s the TOUGHEST one-day event on the planet. This is not your average mud run or boring spirit-crushing road race.

The obstacle courses are designed by British Special Forces to test all-round strength, stamina, fitness, camaraderie, and mental grit. Forget about your race time, simply completing the event is a badge of honor.

Not everyone finishes, but those who do make it to the post-race party. They truly earn the right to call themselves a Tough Mudder. There’s also a true sense of camaraderie that, sadly, is rarely seen outside of the military these days.

Some of the obstacles require help of others… they are simply too much for one man to tackle alone. Unlike some other types of endurance racers, Tough Mudders are team players; they help each other out. It’s also about making sure no man is left behind, not worrying about your race time. Most proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior Program.

One thing that keeps you driving is the thought of what our Wounded Warriors have gone through in battle. We’re doing it all for them.

Exercises for smoothing that tummy

Tummies and hips. For men it’s mostly tummies we’re wanting to flatten and turn into washboard abs. For women it’s often hips with tummies a close second. We’d all like to smooth out those tummy bulges, however.

Here are some tips for exercises that strengthen the muscles of the abdomen and help get rid of that fold-over, “muffin-top” and return to that smooth, sleek abdominal look we all crave.

Breathing
Proper abdominal breathing during your whole exercise routine can help flatten and shape your abdominal wall. Here’s the rule: always exhale during exertion and inhale during the return of the motion. For example, if you are doing an arm curl, you’ll want to exhale while you are pulling the weight up, and inhale on the way down.

Stay in control
You’ll get more out of the time you spend if your abdominal exercise motions are slow and in control rather than short bursts of intense effort. Each repetition of your abdominal crunch should move slowly. If you are doing floor crunches (on your back, knees bent) exhale slowly on the way up.

Focus on abdominals only
Do not rock or bend your neck during crunches. Concentrate on aiming your chin towards the ceiling and pushing your belly button towards the floor (not literally). You don’t need to bring your upper body all the way up to your knees. Simply crunch your abdominals until they are exerted without raising your lower back off the ground.

Work out daily
Abdominals are smaller muscles that recover from a workout more quickly than the large muscles of your body. You can exercise them daily without a day’s rest.

Exercise all areas of your abdomen
Exercise your lower abdomen by doing crunches using a chair or exercise bench. Get rid of your love handles by doing side crunches. Your upper abdominals will respond best to regular floor crunches.

I’m a kindergarten teacher with 18 students in my classroom. As many of you know, there isn’t a lot of down time with 5 and 6 year olds. Usually, by lunchtime I’d be exhausted, cranky, and need a pick-me-up. My choice was soda!

Happy Birthday Xyngular!

We sold our first product one year ago today and what a year it has been! Xyngular has already helped thousands of people achieve financial success. In 12 months we have sent 40,000 commission checks totaling millions of dollars; we have sold over 260,000 products; we have opened for business in 31 countries: the US, Puerto Rico, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, and the entire EU. Xyngular Company History

2010 was AMAXYNG! Let's take a walk back through Xyngular's past and our humble beginnings to a year of growth, opportunity and a lot of fun!

December 1, 2009-Xyngular opened its doors for business in a little office building in Alpine, Utah. The first product sold was our Super Fruit Global Blend. With only two Customer Service Reps, our phones started ringing off the hook for orders.

February 2010 Xyngular launched CORE4, our next huge success. As word got out around the Network Marketing industry and the weight starting melting off our Distributors, inquiring minds couldn't help but wanting to know more about Xyngular. The excitement started growing like wildfire. In fact it spread to Canada which was our first country to open outside the United States.

March 2010 saw even more growth and success as Xyngular held its first Leadership Conference at the luxurious Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas Nevada. Distributors came from all over the United States to participate in the rapidly growing phenomenon that was Xyngular. Then came the launch of XYNG, the greatest sampling product in the world.

April 2010- BUSINESS IS BOOMING. Much to our amazement, the growth at this point was unlike any other in the Network Marketing Industry. Distributors from around the county were wanting in on Xyngular's success. Xyngular increased its distributorship at warp speeds and that was just in the United States. On April 26, Xyngular held its first Director's Invitational in San Francisco, California. The energy had the room bursting at the seams.

July 2010-Xyngular's continual rapid growth resulted in the need for a larger space for our Corporate Office. We no longer could fit in our modest 1200 square foot office! Corporate Headquarters moved to a spacious building in Lehi, Utah. As we packed and prepared for the move, we also prepared for XYNGFEST, which was held in beautiful San Diego, California. Distributors came from Australia, Israel, Hawaii and the United States. It was standing room only. Every seat was filled with Distributors wanting to learn more and share their stories of success. Chicago added even more growth with another Director Invitational. Then came the launch of Xyngular's Passport to the World Incentive Trips. Distributors could not stop talking about the opportunity and memories the Passport Program has provided them with. Then came the launch of Puerto Rico and all 27 countries in the EU. All of a sudden it was a whole new Xyngular world.

September 2010-Xyngular's first Passport Program recipients took advantage of their hard-earned success by enjoying a trip to Corporate Headquarters and the beautiful Sundance Resort, home of the original Sundance Film Festival and Robert Redford's pride. Those attendees have used that trip as a launching pad to grow their organization and reap additional rewards. The XYNGULAR IGNITE FAT BURNING SYSTEM was launched and people all over the world have lost weight and are keeping it off. Product stories abounded and the future of Xyngular was now evident.

October 2010 Another spectacular month, with amazing sales growth and an equally amazing jump in the number of Distributors qualifying for Corporate Sales Pools and Passport to the World Incentive Trips. Xyngféte was held in San Juan Puerto Rico for all Managers and above and if you want to see excitement, spend 4 days with our Distributors in a beautiful tropical resort.

December 2010- "G'Day" to COO Glen Oliver and Distributors Gary and Stan as they journey Down Under to Australia. Xyngular's first Business Builder Trip is underway with Distributors building their International business on Xyngular's dime.

CORE4: I’ve Lost 16 Inches and 6 Sizes!

I was introduced to Xyngular and CORE4 by Jennifer. My diet history dates back to my teenage years and the sizes in my closet have ranged from 2-12 over the past 10 years. The past 7 years, my weight and size crept up to 170 pounds and I was wearing a size 12 (but I really should have been wearing a 14, I'm stubborn) I tried everything to lose weight! I think I tried every diet out there to lose weight. I was running 20 miles a week and lifting weights along with dieting and I could not lose a pound. My doctor was concerned about blood sugar issues and it turned out I was becoming a borderline diabetic. So, what's a girl to do? I continued on hoping my metabolism would "kick in" and I would lose the weight. NOTHING WORKED!

I started CORE4 and XYNG the middle of June 2010. At 170 pounds, I felt terrible, my back hurt all the time and my energy level was at an all-time low. The first week on CORE4, I lost 7.5 inches and 8 pounds. I was hooked! I started sharing the news with my friends across the country through Facebook and now many of them are hooked as well!

Xyngular has just completed the most exciting two weeks in its history with record breaking sales. The phones have been ringing off the hook and you can almost see the numbers spinning in the back office. As exciting and wonderful as all of this is, it has caused a few challenges for all of us. Most distributors have been able to log in and activate their accounts with no problem but there have been some instances of distributors being unable to activate their accounts in Xyngular through no fault of their own. And with a January 31st deadline looming, we felt it was only fair to extend the time you have to activate without losing your place in the Xyngular team.

The new cutoff date is FEBRUARY 19, 2010.

This is a typical week pay schedule but holidays will cause this to vary slightly.

However, just so you know there were a few usernames that for whatever reason the cyber-world scrambled and some distributors have experienced some difficulty logging in. If this happens, you can send an email to Customer.Care@xyngular.com with your CNI Username and they can check the CNI Rep Master List to find your account as it appears in the current database. The deadline to do this in order to maintain your spot in the Xyngular Team linkage is now February 19, 2010. But, remember, January month end is Sunday, January 31st and participation in January’s pools is dependent on what you, your group and your team have done since January 18th.

After you activate your Xyngular account, you will receive an email with your new Xyngular ID# and password. (For security, the Xyngular system will allocate a new password to you when you activate). Your password can be changed at anytime via your back office. It is important for you to make sure when you activate that we have a correct and secure email address for you on file. You should confirm your email address during the activation process.

Orders - Orders for the Xyngular Global Blend are shipped out the next business day. Core4 products ordered on or after January 18th through Xyngular are being shipped from the Xyngular warehouse with the exception of Lean. Lean is currently on backorder. The manufacturer is planning on running the product next week so we expect to be able to ship out product by the end of next week. Of course, we will ship the backorders first but we should be able fulfill them all and have Lean in stock from then on. The Xyng is expected in the warehouse by February 19th.

Autoships - We just got the CNI autoship file yesterday. We will enter it over the weekend.

Anyone who has activated their Xyngular account and has not changed the autoship that was automatically set up for them (one bottle of Global Blend) their CNI autoship will become their autoship of record.
If they have not activated their Xyngular account their autoship activates them in the Xyngular team but the autoship must be processed and paid for in order for commissions to be earned.
If they have changed their Xyngular default autoship, we will make the assumption that this is the preferred autoship and the CNI autoship will not download.

This sounds a little confusing but really the best thing for you to do is go into your back office once you are activated and check your autoship. You can edit any part of the autoship you want to change from the date it is processed to the items that you are receiving at any time. You will want to set up your autoship date as soon as possible if you have not placed an order with Xyngular so you can start qualifying for commissions quickly.

Shipping charges - Shipping charges are now included in the price of the product. There is a small minimum order charge of $3.95 for all orders under $200.
